All knitting & crochet patterns are sent electronically upon purchase. You will receive an email with a link to download/print your pattern. Due to obvious reasons, patterns cannot be returned for refund.

All non-pattern orders are shipped via the USPS or UPS.

The shipping charge is a flat rate of $8 per order or free for orders over $200.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for a refund (minus the shipping charge). Returns are to be in unused condition with all packaging/tags attached. Please email us at info@berrymeadow.com to let us know to expect your return, what you are retuning, and the reason why.
